Are you looking to find balance? Sangha Wellness programs can help you!
Ayurvedic Consultations: Having a trusted adviser and partner in health can help you achieve goals and keep you accountable on your journey. Andrea Kirkham, ERYT-500 has studied with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the California College of Ayurveda to help others find their best self.
An ayurvedic consultation includes an in-depth interview that will determine your prakruti (original constitution) and the vikruti (current constitution). Once the prakruti and vikruti are established, we will develop an individualized plan to achieve optimum health and balance. We will implement this plan through follow up meetings. Set an appointment below. If you have questions - please reach out at 412-901-6478.

Please note: The goal of all consultations/programs/services is to create, within your body and mind, an optimum environment for healing to take place and to maximize your body's ability to heal itself using the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. For Ayurvedic services, an Ayurvedic Professional is not trained in Western medical diagnosis or treatments. He/she is not a physician, nor a licensed health care professional, but rather an Ayurvedic Professional using Ayurveda.
